Avram Grant is set to be named West Ham and the former Pompey boss is keen on signing O’Hara, according to The Sun.
The 23-year-old impressed Grant during his season on loan at Portsmouth.
O’Hara is keen on regular first-team football next season and is ready to leave Spurs.
