The 30-year-old has signed a two-year contract with Bursaspor.
“I have played in three different countries besides Argentina before, but I think it will be quite different in Turkey with Bursaspor. I believe I will hang up my boots here,” he told Uefa.com.
Insua spent last season on loan with Boca Juniors.
