Pearce, 20, and Grof, 21, had been part of County’s pre-season tour of Austria.
Manager Craig Short told the club’s official website: “We’re delighted to have agreed a deal in principle with both players.
“Both of them look set to have a great future in the game and we’re glad to get them on board.”
