Munoz has long been linked with a move to the Italian side.
“We have reached terms with (Ezequiel) Munoz,” Zamparini declared to Radio1. “He still needs to undergo a medical but everything should run smoothly.
“We are still tracking the status of San Paolo’s Anderson Hernanes but in this uncertain market I think it’s right to take things one step at a time.
“I am very confident for the season ahead. The club hasn’t made any major signings but we have managed to bring in some promising players.”
