The 25-year-old has been linked with the likes of Real Madrid, Schalke and Wolfsburg.
“I have not talked to any other club,” the striker told Spox.com. “I do not want to give up after one year, but assert myself at FC Bayern. For years I have dreamed to be here.”
Gomez joined Bayern Munich from Stuttgart last summer, but failed to make the expected impact at the Allianz Arena.
“It was certainly not a perfect year for me, but things change quickly in football,” added Gomez.
“Last season I was under high pressure due to the transfer fee. Now I am no longer a new signing. I hope that the coach gives me opportunities and that I take my chances.”
