The Mirror reports that Roma will make a bid for Behrami if they can sell midfielder Julio Baptista.
Behrami joined West Ham from Lazio in a £5million deal in 2008.
Galatasaray, Olympiakos, Napoli and Genoa are reportedly interested in signing Baptista.
