Reports have linked the striker with a move to Turkish side Fenerbahce in recent weeks.
“I don’t want to leave Lyon,” he said according to OL’s official website.
“Leaving this summer would have been a mistake, especially as I thought that last season went quite well for my first season at the club.
“I spoke to the coach at the end of last season and we decided that I would stay for at least one more season.”
