Osvaldo has signed a five-year contract with the Catalan outfit.
The striker spent much of last season on loan at Espanyol.
A statement on the Catalan club’s official website reads: “The striker Pablo Daniel Osvaldo is a RCD Espanyol player in all respects after an agreement was reached with Bologna. Osvaldo is committed to Espanyol for the next five seasons.”
