The new deal is set to keep the 29-year-old midfielder at West Ham until the summer of 2014.
“I always knew this was where I was going to be,” Parker told the club’s official website.
“I am just absolutely delighted to have signed the contract. Everyone knows I enjoy playing my football here.
“I really wanted to stay, give it a shot and see what can happen.”
