StarTV reports that Werder Bremen scouts watched the winger play for Bursaspor against Manchester United in the Champions League earlier this week.
Bremen have long been looking to bring in a new left-sides player and could make a move for Ipek.
Ipek’s contract with Bursaspor is set to expire in the summer of 2012.
