Zebina joined Brescia from Juventus over the scummer, despite being linked with a move to the French side.
“I had a great desire to come play for PSG,” the 32-year-old told RMC.
“It was an opportunity to revive a great club with a great challenge.
“But there were no conditions in place for this to happen. When the president of Brescia [Gino Corioni] called me and spoke to me in concrete words, I decided to go.
“It is important for a player to feel wanted by a club. PSG was a possibility, not a priority.
“But today, I regret nothing.”
