The 21-year-old has been linked with the likes of Juventus and Roma in recent weeks.
“Many teams in Italy and overseas have gotten information on Guido, but Sampdoria’s objective is to keep him,” Silvio Pagliari told TuttoJuve.com.
“His contract expires in 2015 and I don’t think he will be leaving before June.
“A lot will depend on what happens with regards to [Antonio] Cassano.”
