AC Milan and Inter Milan have long been keeping tabs on the 18-year-old, but now face even more competition for the youngster.
Zezinho, who is currently playing for Sporting’s youth team, has been hailed as the ‘new Cristiano Ronaldo’.
Sporting are reportedly refusing to sell Zezinho for less than £17million.
Zezinho’s contract at Sporting is set to expire in the summer of 2012.
