Lampard has returned to training after a long-term out with injury.
Jose Bosingwa sustained an injury against Marseille on Wednesday and will miss the clash with Spurs.
“Bosingwa has a hamstring problem, so he’s not available for the next game,” confirmed Ancelotti.
“Lampard trained (on Wednesday) without any problem. In the next two or three days we’ll take a decision about him.”
