The Sunday People reports that N’Zogbia could become Blackburn’s £7million record signing in January.
Blackburn are expected to be busy in the transfer window after being taken-over by new Indian owners.
N’Zogbia has long been linked with a move away from Wigan and came close to joining Birmingham in a £9million deal in the summer transfer window.
