Chiellini scored the opener for Juventus, just 90 seconds into the game.
“We are having a great season. This evening was a crucial victory, as it allowed us to go joint second,” Chiellini told Sky Sport Italia.
“Tonight we struggled against an excellent team, but overall deserved all three points.
“I have to say, it is truly wonderful to win like this at the last moment.”
AC Milan are currently six points clear at the top of the Serie A table.
He added: “For the moment the Rossoneri are having a season all of their own, but we must carry on along our path and see where we end up.”
