The 28-year-old has been a key player for Napoli this season, but has been linked with a move away from the club.
“There is no real agreement with AC Milan for Pazienza, but it’s clear that when there are important and mature players available many clubs make inquiries and also the Rossoneri,” Vincenzo D’Ippolito told RadioKissKiss.
“Over time, Michele is proving his worth, every time he takes the field he does it with professionalism and dedication. His intention is to stay in Naples, the player wants to continue and if possible close out his career with the club.
“[Coach Walter] Mazzarri has a great esteem for Pazienza, but the club haven’t sent many signals on whether they would like him to stay.”
