The Sunday Mirror reports that Barcelona’s £125million sponsorship deal with the Qatar Foundations will enable the club to make moves for both Fabregas and Torres.
Arsenal skipper Fabregas has long been linked with a return to the club he left as a youngster.
Torres has also long been linked with a return to Spain, due to a lack of Champions League action with Liverpool.
