Koln are looking to strengthen their side in the January transfer window and are keen on making a move for Peszko.
The 25-year-old has a €700,000 release clause in his contract with the Polish side.
“Nothing is certain for the moment. I’m waiting for a concrete offer,” Peszko told Przeglad Sportowy.
“I have no doubt that all players will stay with us,” Lech Poznan chairman Andrzej Kadzinski said. “I admit that the only problem is that Peszko has a release clause and may use it any time.
“We aren’t giving up. We will negotiate with him.”
