The Daily Mail reports that Fulham first registered their interest in the winger, but they have now been joined by Liverpool, Arsenal and now Chelsea.
Oxlade-Chamberlain is reportedly unimpressed with the amount of young talent coming through the ranks at Fulham and would prefer to move another club.
Chelsea could sign the £10million-rated winger in the January transfer window.
