Genoa defender Andrea Ranocchi is set to join Inter Milan in a deal worth £10.6million.
“On one hand I’m sorry to let a player like that go but, on the other hand, decisions have to be made,” said Genoa president Enrico Preziosi.
“We can say we have found a mutually satisfactory agreement.”
