The Daily Mail reports that Wolfsburg is close to agreeing to a deal that would see Dzeko move to Eastlands in a £30million deal that will also include some performance-related add-ons.
The deal cannot be completed until the January transfer window opens next week, but Dzeko’s agent has traveled to England for talks with City.
City tried all last summer to sign the highly-rated Bosnian international striker.
