Ipek has long been linked with a move to the Bundesliga side.
“Werder Bremen are interested,” Ipek told NTV Spor. “I know that they have watched me since the beginning of the season.”
The 24-year-old has ruled out leaving Bursaspor in the January transfer window.
He added: “Our president has indicated that he would only be ready to talk at the end of the season. For the moment, the topic is over.
“But I would like to play in a top European league.”
