The 31-year-old has been linked with a move away from Roma after falling behind Julio Sergio and Bogdan Lobont in the pecking order at the club.
“Too many calculations have been made without considering the player’s will,” the agent, Ovidio Colucci, told Laroma24.it.
“Doni had given his availability and he had reached agreements with Fulham and West Ham, but Roma blocked the move at the last minute, deciding not to let him go.
“Doni has played little, but he is always training with professionalism and he has always been ready when needed.
“He wants to play for his chances now.”
