The 23-year-old has been linked with clubs such as Fiorentina, Werder Bremen and Hoffenheim recently, but his agent claims the striker will join Genoa.
“It’s true, Ze Eduardo will play for Genoa,” he told Sky Sport Italia.
“In the next few hours, we will close up the deal with president Enrico Preziosi.”
