The Guardian reports that Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger had scouts to watch McGregor in Rangers’ 1-0 loss to Hearts on Saturday.
McGregor is reportedly available for around £5million.
Manchester United, Aston Villa and Sevilla have previously been linked with a move for the 28-year-old.
