The 20-year-old has scored over 20 goals for the non-league side this season.
“We have already talked with QPR and will continue talks next week,” his agent Tony Finnigan told Sky Sport.
“Troy has performed wonderfully for Harrow this season, who have shown again there is no better place for talent to progress.”
