The Daily Star reports that the Premier League side are ready to launch a move for the 24-year-old.
Turan’s contract with Galatasaray is set to expire in the summer of 2014.
Turan’s agent, Ahmet Bulut, said: “He can only go to one of the top five clubs in the Premier League. If he gets an offer from one of them, then of course he will want to play there.”
