The 37-year-old signed a new one-year deal with United this week and the veteran has been a loyal servant at the club for more than 20 years.
“The relationship between myself and the manager has got closer, but there are still clear boundaries,” Giggs explained in the News of the World.
“Players are more fragile now so the manager has had to adapt. The hairdryer doesn’t come out as much but I have still seen him go crazy loads of times over last few years.
“He still loses it with me. The last time was at Fulham in August because I didn’t take the penalty.
“Nani did, and he missed it, so we ended up drawing. Oh, he can still give it.”
