The 33-year-old was strongly linked with a return to Italy in the January transfer window, but the striker sees his future with Hercules.
Trezeguet told Sky Sport: “Yes, I can confirm that the Rossoneri made an offer for me, it was really an honour to be coveted by them, but my desire was to remain with Hercules.
“Both [Milan and Inter] called me in January, but I decided not to move, and [instead] stay to live up to the project with Hercules.”
Trezeguet joined Hercules from Juventus last summer.
