Fiore said: “I have always been an excellent professional and will not criticise others. When I was fully fit, I was disappointed not to be considered for the first team and asked the coach and president (Urbano) Cairo about the situation.
“At that point I had decided to leave. I told them my intentions and no-one tried to stop me. From this, I realised they did not have confidence in me.”
