Roma’s prospective new president Thomas Di Benedetto is ready to hand De Rossi a new contract, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.
The 27-year-old’s current contract is set to expire at the end of next season.
De Rossi has been linked with a move to Spanish giants Real Madrid in recent months.
