Chelsea join chase for Man Utd target

Palermo are reportedly looking for around £60million, while Chelsea hope to sign the forward in a £30million deal, according to The Mirror.

Palermo ace Javier Pastore’s agent, Marcelo Simonian, insisted yesterday that his client has no plans of leaving the Italian side.

“No-one from Roma has contacted me or Palermo for Javier Pastore,” the agent told Tuttomercatoweb.com.

“Therefore, there is nothing true. We are not thinking about dealing with any teams as the intention is not to leave Palermo.”

The 21-year-old has recently been linked with the likes of Manchester United, Manchester City, Real Madrid, Barcelona and Roma.
