Taarabt is currently less than 12 months into the three-year deal he signed when he joined the club.
The Morocco international has been named Championship Player of the Year.
“I can’t see that happening,” said Warnock when asked about handing Taarabt a new deal.
“Adel has been well taken care of at QPR, and there’s no need to do anything for the time being.”
