The new deal will keep the 34-year-old at Millwall until the summer of 2012.
“Everyone knows how thrilled I was to have the chance to play for Millwall, and things couldn’t have gone any better for me,” he told the club’s official website.
“I’ve settled in with the other lads really well, and to be involved in the promotion race going into the final month of the season is great for everyone here.
“Whatever happens in the last seven games, I can only see things getting better and better for Millwall, with the manager, the set-up and the squad we have here.
“I’m really looking forward to being part of it.”
