The Mirror reports that Arteta’s agent Inaki Ibanez has had talks with Valencia’s sporting director Braulio Vazquez about a possible move.
The 29-year-old has long been linked with a return to Spain and Atletico Madrid are also reported to be keeping tabs on the midfielder’s situation.
