Aulas has told the Italian side to make a bid for the winger or the 27-year-old will remain at Lyon.
He told Tuttosport: “This is a story which has been ongoing for a while. The first was last year when Juve asked for Bastos. But then we were not ready to sell him. Now we have time to think about it. We want to respect the player’s needs.
“An agent, Oscar Damiani, did speak to us, but there were no official talks. Now it’s down to [general director Giuseppe] Marotta to call us.
“For what it’s worth, Bastos could even stay.”
