Friedel looks set to leave Villa as his current contract is set to expire at the end of the season.
West Brom and Spurs are also reportedly keen on signing the goalkeeper, but Villa are also looking for Friedel to sign a new deal with the club.
“I will be holding talks with Brad next week, once the season has finished and we will then go over his options” Friedel’s agent Tony McGill told Sky Sports.
“At the moment he is focused on Villa’s final game, but also the birth of his next child which is imminent.
“I have read the newspaper speculation, but we are not going to talk about any clubs until the season has finished.”
