Bastos has recently been strongly linked with a summer move to Juventus.
“I have always tried to improve my game and for that reason the interest from Juventus is very flattering,” Bastos told Tuttosport.
“I think for my family the time has arrived for a change and for new things to be experienced.
“But I am aware that I still have two years remaining on my contract at Lyon and I will only move if the deal is good for me and the club.
“Would a lack of Champions League football be an issue? We are still talking about Juve here and I still think the time is right for a change.
“I couldn’t imagine myself playing for another club in France so my dream is to go to Italy or Spain.
“England and Germany don’t interest me at the moment.”
