Newsclick reports that Wolfsburg are keen to bring in Honda as a replacement for playmaker Diego, who is expected to leave the club.
Honda’s agent, Kees Ploegsma, has so far denied that there has been talks with Wolfsburg.
“Keisuke’s contract in Moscow runs until the end of 2013. As long as there is no serious offer, we don’t need to deal with a transfer,” he said.
