Cana joined the Turkish side from Sunderland last summer, but could be set to change clubs again this summer.
“There has been contact with Lazio for Lorik Cana,” Galatasaray general director Cenk Ergun told Radio Mana Mana.
“His future will be decided next week.
“Last week Galatasaray named a new president and for that reason we must postpone things until Monday or Tuesday.
“Next week we will meet with the player to talk about his future and will present him with the offers on the table.
“Discussions with Lazio are already open and in the next few days everything will become clearer.”
