Zuiverloon joined the Baggies from Heerenveen in a £2.3million deal from Heerenveen in 2008.
West Brom have the option to extend the 24-year-old’s contract, but Zuiverloon feels it is time to leave the club.
“It felt time for something else and I want to decide about my future,” Zuiverloon told De Telegraaf.
“To leave, I had to accept that I wouldn’t receive any wage after 1st May.
“Now I am fully fit I am looking for a club where there is a big chance that I will play weekly.”
