The 31-year-old joined Bursaspor from Rangers just six months ago and the striker admits he is missing his old team-mates at Ibrox.
“I missed playing with the lads,” said Miller. “To have those special days at the end of the season when you are going for a title is something else.
“I’ve always said it was a pleasure going to work every day at Murray Park. You got down to work and grafted hard but had a fantastic time as well.
“I miss being at Ibrox but at the time I felt I had no choice. Living and playing in Turkey could be better but it could also be worse.
“The first three or four weeks you get through on adrenalin but for me it’s been difficult being away from the family.
“It’s something you have to try to adapt to and get on with it. There is no point having regrets because there’s nothing you can do.
“That first month I felt good. It was going pretty well and things turned a bit. It’s travelling and the family not settling, really.
“Things change in football and if opportunities arise when you are in a contract then you have to look at them.
“If something popped up out of the woodwork then I’d have to look at it. But there is no point dwelling on anything.”
