The Mirror reports that Villa boss Gerard Houllier is keen to bring in Camp as a replacement for Brad Friedel, who is expected to leave the club this summer.
Camp has impressed for Forest in the Championship this season and Villa are ready to offer the keeper a chance to play in the Premier League.
