The 23-year-old could be interested in a move away from Benfica after failing to get regular first-team football at the club.
“Fulham want Felipe and there’s a possibility the move could happen,” Meneze’s agent Luiz Carlini told A BOLA.
“Felipe wants regular football and the Premier League is a big option.
“Fulham are an interested club which I’ve learned already. Let’s see.
“We have already been contacted by several clubs, but England would be an interesting option.”
Reports claim Fulham want to sign the Brazilian on a one-year loan with the option to buy.
