La Gazzetta dello Sport reports that Napoli are hoping to land the highly-rated youngster this summer.
Napoli are ready to offer Lamela a five-year contract worth around €2million per season.
Lamela is also being linked with the likes of Roma, AC Milan, Atletico Madrid, Liverpool and Tottenham.
