The Mirror reports that Fulham have had a £10million bid for the Argentine rejected by Espanyol.
Villarreal, Atletico Madrid, Sevilla, Tottenham and Fulham are all interested in the 25-year-old who has a €20million buyout clause in his contract.
Osvaldo’s agent Dario Dacoud said: “I have been called by many people from Spain and England. Lots of English clubs have called me.
“He is very happy at Espanyol, but this is a job, and sometimes there are things to which you cannot say yes or no because it’s your future.
“We will see. There is plenty of time.”
