Napoli director of sport Riccardo Bigon has confirmed that he has had meetings with the 26-year-old’s agent.
“In seven to 10 days we are expecting a response because we are very interested in Palacios. I have not spoken with him, but I have had meetings with his agent,” Bigon told Diez.
“The negotiation is difficult because the English team want a lot of money and they want to sell him.”
