Moratti has confirmed they are in talks with Udinese over a move for the 22-year-old.
Moratti said to Inter channel: “We are talking to Sanchez. I don’t know how successful we will be.
“He is a player that has a lot of quality and with Udinese we have opened up negotiations. There is a 60% chance that he will arrive.”
The 22-year-old’s contract with Udinese is set to expire in the summer of 2014.
