Moreno has signed a four-year contract with Sevilla and joins the club for an undisclosed fee.
The 24-year-old becomes Sevilla’s third signing this summer, following the arrival of Piotr Trochowski and Manu del Moral.
Reports claim Sevilla have paid Rayo Vallecano around €2million for the defender.
